David D. Douglas, Inc. is a family owned and operated company celebrating more than 30 years in the countertop industry. The many years of experience, coupled with our early utilization of Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Machines and laser templating, helps us consistantly produce the finest Corian countertops to be found.

The company was founded by David Douglas back in 1979 under the name of 'Custom Counter Tops, Inc'. The original business then expanded throughout the 1980s carrying the name 'Countersmith' while offering Corian®, postformed and custom laminate countertops to kitchen and bath retailers of northern New England. Dave's son, Troy Douglas, joined the company full time in 1985 and helped to develop the solid surface side of the business.

Today, David D. Douglas, Inc. fabricates and installs solid surface countertops, tub-decks, tub and shower-surrounds, window sills and several other applications for both residential and commercial applications in the Northern New England market area.

Our new and innovative NANTUCKET Corian Vanity Tops™ program continues to grow since its introduction in March '09. These 'made to order' vanity tops are fabricated to your exact length, up to six feet long, and exact sink centers desired. We ship these vanity tops to the business or residence with UPS Ground anywhere in the lower 48 United States.
